If you wish to change your subscription, you can do so by following these steps:

(i) Visit the “My Account” section of the website and follow the relevant link to remove your account;
(ii) Submit a Cancellation Subscription form;
(iii) Contact our support team with your request.

 

Refund Policy
We offer refunds for cancellations made within 30 days from the date of receipt of service. After this 30-day period, we do not provide refunds for any partial-month subscription periods or unused services. If you cancel after 30 days, you will retain access to our services until the end of the paid period.

We may terminate your account at any time without notice if we believe you are in breach of our terms. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund. After your account is terminated, these terms—except those which are intended to survive termination—will expire.
